At Tanzeem our aim is to deliver a unique multi-specialist rental service , driving value for our customers and owners through disciplined execution of operational excellence and service innovation.

In pursuit of this strategy, it is our policy to manage all aspects of the business diligently and, to adhere to procedures and working practices relating to quality which meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008.
Tanzeem always strive for continuous improvement by the setting of quality objectives and targets to develop a culture that puts the customer first, challenges inconsistency and strives for right first time performance. Employees will be supported by the necessary working environment, training and resources to ensure that efficient and safe working practices are evolved to improve Tanzeem’s customer experience and financial performance.
The quality management system is monitored and reviewed on a regular basis with assistance and advice from the EHS&Q Department.
All employees have an essential part to play in identifying ways that we can continuously improve our customer service
